Anyone out there who has been diagnosed with ME and taking letrozole? I’m finding it increasingly harder to cope with the fatigue and other issues with ME plus the se of letrozole.

Hi Sue, that’s a bit of a b***er! Don’t know about the ME, but I would definitely check your brand of Letrozole for SE’s . My two top brands are Teva and Accord, although I can get trigger finger with Accord. Fatigue is very manageable. Cipla is a big no no as the joint pain is incapacitating.
