Letrozole, how can I boost immune system?

I’ve recently started a phased return to work as a music and drama teacher in a secondary school. I love my school and I’m glad to be back. However, it is exhausting, particularly with 2 such high-energy subjects and I seem to be catching every bug. I’m on my 2nd upper respiratory tract infection in 4 weeks! Any advice on how to realistically keep the bugs at bay would be greatly appreciated! :folded_hands:

Hi with respect to incurring upper respiratory infections. I take Cider vinegar one capful with 1 teaspoon of Local uk honey into a beaker of warm to hot water before breakfast and evening meal. Its the honey that helps protect the respiratory tract mostly. I too am on Letrozole. Also I’m dairy intolerant so have soya milk. Dairy milk can have the effect of thickening mucous, thus blocking your sinuses. As you are returning to work why not incorporate a meditation class combining the drama and music with each class every other week, which could be of great benefit to you and the children. There are a mass of variations in the music you can use, some people find the tibetan bells relaxing, but it equally can be an aquired taste. New World native american music, Mind Body and soul music; Feng shui; yoga, a vast libray, i suggest you try several out first. I have CDs so can’t really direct you to which web page. Crystal healing is one we used at a Drop in Clinic I once worked at, for a starter. Good luck and enjoy. keep me posted if you wish. Moonsox .

Thank you for your kind advice. I’ll definitely give your suggestions a try!
