Has any suffered loss of appetite when taking Letrozole?

I wish. But no. Increased in fact. But I’m sure losing one’s appetite is very possible especially when one first starts it due to gastrointestinal issues. Endocrine therapy side effects seem to be quite varied depending on the person.

Not so far after 2 and a half weeks. Fingers crossed nothing to report yet x
I would like to put it out there, as I worried myself stupid reading about all the possible side effects, that other than a few odd things happening in the first three months, I am 15 months into taking Letrozole and have no side effects at all.
I know we’re all different but please expect a “settling in” period and hopefully, like me, you won’t encounter any/many life-altering changes.
