Just had a phone call from my pharmacist to tell me they cannot get any Letrozole and that there is a National shortage currently. I am in Derbyshire (UK). Anyone else experiencing problems?

Thank you for posting.
It’s understandable you are asking about the availability of letrozole as your pharmacist has said there is a national shortage.
We are aware that some people have been finding it difficult to get particular brands of letrozole, but as far as we are aware there is not a national shortage of the drug.
If you have not done so already you may wish to ask your pharmacist if they are able to source a different brand of letrozole for you. If there are unable to do so, you could take your prescription to a different pharmacy in your area.
