Hello ladies wondering if anyone has experienced stomach pain whilst on letrozole. I’ve been on it for 12 weeks now and jiont pain has just kicked in which I expected but over the last 7 to 10 days I have had gradually increasing sharp stabbing pains in my lower stomach areas do feeling quite sore today. I am going to see the GP next week just wanted to be forarmed with any info available. Thanks

Hi,Tracy ,I had them for the last couple of weeks but they have settled down. I was wondering if mine where because the letrozole was causing me diarrhoea (sp?) I’ve been one Letrozole 16ish weeks.

hi, i found that when i used a different manufactured of letrozole i experinced stomach problems, irritation and pain. i put it down to the different ingredients in the tablets between manufactures causing the problem.
