I had Mammograms showing a star shaped cancer, and then biopsies showing IDC grade 2 with lobular features, 4.7mm lesion.

Has anyone had zero IDC in the tumour following lumpectomy and reported in the pathology report?

No cancer cells at all after taking nearly 2x packs of Letrozole? It just seems so unlikely, so I thought I would put my results out and ask the question. I am not meaning to be ungrateful etc, I just don’t see the evidence in the research etc that would result in 100% cancer regression in a 6/7x week time-frame on Letrozole. I am having radiotherapy and continue with Letrozole for 5x years.

I am now wondering if the wire was moved into the wrong place? Anyone had this happen as it is a thing. It would explain why I have no cancer cells at all in or outside of the lump taken from my breast.

It has only occurred to me the last few days as the cut is on the areolar, which the original surgeon who drew a diagram for me was not going to cut there. Perhaps wires get moved?
