After 2 lumpectomies and radiotherapy, I have been taking letrozole since August 2019, lately I’ve been very tired and lethargic and occasional dizziness, has anyone else had these problems? I would really like some advice as it seems to be getting worse. I’m 69 and feel a lot older.

I’ve no advice other than my experience of Letrazole has been fine. Started it in January before my second lumpectomy and radiotherapy. I haven’t noticed any side effects, maybe some joint pain but I have that anyway and put it down to age, 63. Maybe you should speak to a medical professional in case it’s not down to the hormone treatment and is something perfectly straight forward. Good luck x
