The strongest risk factor for breast cancer (apart from gender) is age. The older you are, the higher your risk.

Risk up to age 40: 1 in 200
Risk up to age 50: 1 in 50
Risk up to age 60: 1 in 23

Risk up to age 85: 1 in 10
Lifetime risk (all ages): 1 in 9
I did get it but I have another risk factors - no children, that most people don’t. The risk isn’t really as high as some people imagine
