Hi

Iam debating whether to go ahead with lipofill as suggested by my surgeon. I had bilateral breast reconstruction (lat dorsi) back in Nov 2009. Unfortunately in 2010 both implants had to be removed due to the fact that they were causing inflammation/infection. Since having them removed my cup size is barely an AA whereas with the implants I was an amazing B cup! As well as being small they are slighly different shapes and would love the thought of having boobs again! I would be grateful if anyone could share there expeiences with me as I have read mixed reports as to the sucess of lipofill.

Hi, there are two other threads on lipofill with lots of stories. My lipofill didn’t work (non CERS) and my surgeon has now stopped doing the procedure. Good luck. X

Hi, I had a WLE and my surgeons have newly trained in lipofill and are suggesting it to me. Apparently it can take two or three “goes,” and some of it reabsorbs. I was told a lesser proportion if it comes from thighs rather than stomach. I’m inclined to give it a go. Doesn’t sound that big a procedure so I’m inclined to give it a go - particularly as the alternatives are more invasive x
