Hi just wanted to post here to ask how many women are excluded from live chat because their access to the site is only through phone or tablet? Also this post is an opportunity for bcc to officially let us know how quickly this issue will be resolved? I’m no techie but surly we sbc girls could have the investment made for us.? Ethel x

We do understand the frustration of being unable to access live chat via a mobile device or tablet, for both secondary and primary users. We are working on an alternative solution and have investigated many different options. We are hopeful that we have found something that fit our needs, especially concerning the confidentiality aspect of the service. I am unable to give an exact date as to when we will be ready to launch this to users as we need to ensure that the new system is robust, fulfills all the needs of the users (you) and is technically capable to provide the service we want to give you.
I promise you this has not been forgotten and is one of the very many things we are all working on behind the scenes and I hope to bring you more detailed news soon.

Thank you Anna for you post but in short you don’t know how long it will be hmmmmm I’m afraid that’s not good enough for me. How long has the community already been waiting for this issue to be resolved? I am at a loss to understand why bcc can’t resolve this or at the very least give a date you expect it to be resolved?
