We have checked this out and I’m afraid Live chat is not mobile optimised and cannot be accessed via ipad or tablet.

Logging into Live Chat
Hi everyone, it seems that some people have been experiencing difficulty with getting into live chat since the forum change over. Your live chat log in details remain the same as they were on the old forum. The new log in details are only applicable to the new forum.
I know that this may seem confusing and my apologies for that. The live chat system is still hosted under the previous provider and did not migrate over with the new forum
