Dear Everyone
The decision has been made to suspend the Thursday evening Live Chat service. We are reviewing this service in consultation with both users and staff members to ensure that we are providing the services users require and want at this present time. A survey will be sent by email to registered live chat users for their valuable input, so please if you receive one in your email inbox please do take the very few minutes it requires to complete and send back to us. Your answers will inform our discussions.
