We are currently holding a Living with secondary breast cancer as a younger woman pilot event in Manchester. Day one is on Wednesday 19th October and an optional day two on Wednesday 16th November 2011. I have attached a copy of the programme and would be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Hello, fortunately I do not have need for secondary breast cancer services but I just wanted to say how wonderful it is that you are holding this event in Manchester! It is refreshing for an organisation not to believe everyone lives in London!
I hope more events can take place around the country in future!

Just to say I’m really looking forward to meeting you and the other ladies on the 19th.
I am so pleased that these two days have been arranged after the successful pilots and just to meet with other young women in a similar situation will be so beneficial.
I have made my travel plans and will stay overnight and hopefully do a little “retail therapy” on the Thursday all being well.
I can’t go Tina (I’m not sure at 45 whether I’m still young or not! and also I work on a Wednesday), but if it’s anything like the secondary one I attended earlier this year, it was really good and so beneficial to meet others with secondaries. I really enjoyed the day and got a lot from it.
