lost of libido

Hi all, I am on tamoxifen sins the first of Jan this year and have seem to have lost all my libido.I have been looking on the internet what kind of products are availible. But not sure if they will interfere with the treatment!!! Does any off you have the same problem and what have you done about it. I would love to hear that there is a solution for this horible problem.
