I come here hoping for support and it appears that my post gets looked at and nobody comments! Not very helpful site. Off all places, thought this would be of benefit
Sorry to hear that i hope you get the advice your after. Xxx
Cath2 please can you put your original post here on this thread, so sorry that people appear to have read your post but you’ve not had a response. The breast cancer now threads are here to help and listen and be everyone’s safe space and not anyone of the users of the forum would ever want anyone to feel unheard. Do please repost your message if you can and if no one is able to offer any advise or share anything that was similar to their experience there are other options you might want to consider like using the ask the nurse thread or calling the number on here and speaking directly to a nurse or using the someone like me option. Breast Cancer Now is here for you and sorry to hear that you’ve been made to feel unheard, we do hear you. Shi xx
Hi @cath2
I’m sorry your post has not been replied to. Perhaps if you repost here as @shi has suggested, someone may be able to offer advice and support if they have had similar experiences otherwise help point you in the right direction for the support you need. x
I just replied to your post, then saw this one. You’ve had 7 replies in last 24 hours, which is not bad for a weekend. I get that when feeling particularly low, you can hope for immediate support. Hopefully, you’ll find that on here. It can take a bit longer on the weekends I think, but picks up on a weekday. Hope the physio helps. It can take a long time to feel like you are anywhere near back together after treatment, and life seems to become a seies of waiting for things to happen, patience can wear thin, undestandably. Hope one day you get to a point of being able all this behind you - what we all want ideally.
Hi I’m new here too and I can’t work out how to post about my situation. I have read loads of comments on here though and feel it’s an amazing platform with lots of warm friendly people who listen annd advise or simply give support. I’m sure you’re being welcomed to a lovely group.
