Low heart rate after chemo

Hi everyone

Just wondered if anyone has experienced low heart rate after chemo? I had my first treatment of docetaxel, Cyclophosphamide and herceptin yesterday. During the night my heartbeat dropped to in the 30s and today it has been 39/40. I went into A&E and they did an ECG that was ok and sent me home and said to phone oncology first thing Monday morning. I don’t have chest pain or anything, just feel very tired with a bad headache. Anyone else experienced this please xx
