Has anybody experienced lower back and pelvic pain while undergoing chemotherapy? Not sure if it is a symptom or a separate problem. Any advice appreciated.
Caral520. I had lower back pain and pelvic pain during both FEC and T for the first few days. Having said that it is always worthwhile contacting your team for their advice. They will then be aware of what is happening to you. All sets of things can cause lower back and pelvis pain so don’t be surprised if they ask you to take your temp and then perhaps get blood and urine tests done.

Hi,
I had lower back pain with each cycle of Tax and C. It always occurred at the same time, a few days after the chemo and having the filigrin injections. There was always a pattern too, can’t remember the exact order but something like pain in lower back, hips, legs. Then it would gradually ease.
