Lumbar Artery Perforator LAP reconstruction

Going through breast cancer treatment Surgery

The LAP reconstruction has been suggested as a possible route for me. I’ve tried searching but so far have only found 1 person who has had it done in the UK.

Has anyone here had it done please and would be willing to give me some information on their experience and the pros and cons.

I have already had a DIEP on the other side from having breast cancer 15 years ago.
