Lump and itching.. Pagets disease? Freaking out

Hi everyone,

I’ve had a dominant lump in my right since around September. AT First I didn’t go to the doctor because I had the contraceptive implant which I heard causes lumps in the breast. I went to the doctor in November who took a look and said it’s probably nothing to worry about as both my breasts were quite lumpy. Ive just been to the doctor again as I’ve removed my implant and had a few periods but the lump is still there. She said she will refer me to get it checked out but as non-urgent so it could be about 4 weeks.

I forgot to tell her that my nipple on that break is sometimes itchy.

I’ve tried to contact her but must wait until tomorrow for a telephone consultation.

I’ve done the worst and Googled and I’m convinced that I may have invasive pagets disease.

The lump is moveable and changes in size. Im young (23) and no history of BC in the family.
When my nipple is itchy (randomly once a day or two days) I can see small spots however the areola still looks normal. Its not a constant itching.

I’m really worried and wondered if there was anyone who has experience with the same symptoms. I’m also really scared because I’ve left this for so long, so if it is something serious how much worse have I made it by waiting?

Please let me know

Also I don’t have pain but I have a niggling feeling a few times a day in that breast but I don’t know if this is a symptom or i am just really paranoid and my constant touching it is creating that feeling
