Hi I found a small hard lump in my armpit a few weeks back went to doctors and was given antibiotics but lump still there after antibotics ? Should I be worried?

Suggest you go back to GP & ask for an ultrasound. I worried for 6 months over an enlarged lymph node in my armpit, finally biopsied & totally benign, my breast surgeon said there could be 200,000 reasons why it happened, other than cancer. So please don’t worry, but if antibiotics haven’t worked, do go back to your dr & request further tests, hope all goes well x
