Lump in Armpit after Treatment

Hi,

Any advice would be really helpful.

I was dx in May 10 after finding a lump in my right armpit. Finished treatment in Dec 10, and had my first mamogram at end of April 11, and all was fine. On Friday I found a small lump in the same armpit. Needless to say I am now terrified it’s something sinister. Will ring BC Nurse on Tuesday, but has anyone had the same experience?

You are doing absolutely the right thing, Dotty2, hopefully it is nothing but scar tissue or some such thing, but yes you do need to get it checked. The worry is awful, I know - fingers crossed it goes well for you. Lots of hugs ((((( ))))))) Mo x
