Lump in breast for over 10 years

I have a lump in my breast in the lower section of my left breast, it has been there for over 10 years, It has not changed in anyway.

What could it be?

I doubt anyone here can tell you what your lump is. There are so many different things it could be. Have you been to see your GP? If not, I suggest you do. He will be able to examine you and take it from there. xxxx

I agree with Lola, please go to your GP. Meanwhile, there are some brilliant downloadable booklets on here, many of which describe non-cancerous lumps which might be relevant to you. As Lola said, none of us can say what your lump is, but as you have had it for 10 years, it’s more than likely harmless but that is only my opinion. Here is a link to the download pages:
