Lump outer lower breast after mastectomy

Hi all!

 

I had a mastectomy with reconstruction (implant) just over 2 weeks ago.

I have noticed that i have a little hard section (which sort of feels like a lump) in the lower/ outer quarter of my breast. It’s bothering me a little bit as I’m not sure what it is.

I had 6 rounds of chemo before surgery which blasted the cancer completely.
