Lumps above collar bone

I am not sure if I am posting this in the correct place, but wondered if anyone has had lumps above their collar bone?  I was diagnosed with Grade 3 IDC in January 2013.  The tumour was removed, 0/4 nodes were affected and there was no evidence of spread.  I had radiotherapy and am taking Anastrozole.  (The tumour was highly ER positive and HER2 negative).  I had a clear mammogram in January of this year.  There really should be nothing to worry about!  A couple of weeks ago I found two painless small pea-like lumps above my collar bone on the side of the cancer.  I went to my GP who said she felt they were of little concern as they are very movable and smooth rather than “craggy”, as she put it.  I think she thought I was over-reacting but a little reluctantly she agreed to arrange for an ultrasound.  I have since found a further very small lump higher up my neck.  No sign of a date for the ultrasound yet - as for so many the waiting is just awful despite the GP’s words.

With apologies for the length of this post, I wondered if anyone else has had lumps above their collar bone after previous diagnosis and treatment and if so what the lumps felt like and what tests/checks they received.  I know I am worrying too much but it is so hard not to.  Thanks for reading - I am trying so hard not to talk about this at home and to be honest it helps just to write about it.
