Lumps on lymph nodes

there is also a lump on my cheek near jaw. Two lumps right under jaw as well as both elbows and knees. 

My left boob is swollen and underarm. I can feel the lumps too.

Had a CT scan done but I was told everything looked good and clear. 

My mother died of cancer. My sister had breast cancer  and my youngest brother passed away from ewing sarcoma PNET.

I cannot get the help I need as they said there’s nothing.  I know my body and I know there are lumps 

Any suggestions

You can go private in the UK I believe and get a biopsy of one of the lumps through them. Or maybe you can convince your GP to order one. If nothing showed up on the CT scan it could probably be just a virus that is causing this. Lymph nodes are weird and can swell up for unusual but totally benign reasons. But considering your family history I completely understand why you want a definitive answer on what’s causing them. I would push for a biopsy.
