Lumps under skin

Hi there,

I’m 22yo.
For the past year I have had 2 lumps under the skin of my right breast, when I first noticed them I went to the Dr, she said they would disappear on there own and they were nothing to worry about.
1 year on they are still there, directly under the skin, about the size of a pea, they haven’t increased much in size and the skin is red above them, my actual breast has become bigger in size, my left has always been bigger but now my right is bigger.

I have ok other symptoms but I cry at night when I feel these, it’s the not knowing!

Is it worth getting a second opinion?
