mammo recall

i was attending for my routine annual mommo after having invasive bc 3 years ago which was treated wle and sb with rads and now on tamoxifen.

i have been recalled for a repeat mammo as there was a thickening in my opposite breast… very worried now… how common is it for people to get recalled for benign disease?

any advice welcome.
