Hi everyone,
I am starting this thread in the hope that members will share how they are managing their mental health during this difficult time. I feel this could help others whilst going through treatment and beyond. I also feel this is such an important topic, one which I feel would be useful within the going through treatment thread.
My distraction techniques have included:-
Binge watching drama series and binge watching films.
Listening to radio podcasts.
Cooking with a friend.
Movie afternoons with a friend.
A drive in the countryside.
Growing indoor plants.
Professional help has included:-
Accessing CBT counselling.
GP prescribing medication for anxiety and low mood.
