@foxgem we are on the same treatment plan with treatments every 2 weeks right? I’ve had my third paclitaxel this week and I have found the whole thing generally much better to managed than EC. No nausea, slight looser stools (i.e. no constipation) and only body aches as my main symptom day 3-5. I have been much more active from day 6 onwards, and much less fatigue. I had some tingling in my toes after the first cycle on about day 10, and some mild itching on my hands but no rash. I do moisturise every day and have been walking a lot (12000-14000 steps a day through long walks and just moving around the house!). There are also some toe/feet exercises I’ve been doing daily which may help. I’ve used compression socks and gloves during the treatment cycles.
My only issue was the pain with the GSF injection plus the body ache from the drug, I found those days very hard after the 1 cycle. But without the injection I found it significantly easier.
There are obviously a host of symptoms as other ladies have spoken about, mainly skin related, but generally I feel much more like myself through this drug. X
