Warm wishes to you. . . . I haven’t had the surgery that you are having, but I remember the apprehension I had for my first experience in May - and then after all that angst, I woke up from a dream feeling well-rested, and amazed that it was all done and dusted.
We’ll all be waiting for you when you come back, so safe travels and speedy recovery xx
Hi Pepsi, I had mastectomy and immediate recon with an implant just over a year ago. It’s very natural to be anxious but you will receive great care from the lovely nurses. They will be there to reassure you before and as you are given the GA. Before you know it you will be back on the ward and will be rid of your lump. I’m sending you hugs and strength for tomorrow. Happy to answer any questions you have.

How is everyone doing I had a successful operation yesterday 9am- back at recovery 4.45pm all went well sleeping like a baby and pressing on the morpfin ,good blood flow running through my new boob @3.30am new boob was strong like a big rock and Becoming heavy I had to go back to theatre @ 5am for evacuation because they suspected fluid so at 5.30am anethestic put my to sleep again back to recovery at 7.45am nothing really like what dey say but bleeding from vein .thanks to all the lovely ladies in this forum for your Advice am recovering really well now and having my welcome tea ,results will be in 2weeks I guess ! am ready for whatever results and willingly to work with the team,The pains are terrible my tummy and new boob.let me catch some sleep onces again thanks .
