After a couple of unfortunate and embarassing incidents in 2 different Matalan stores, I contacted their customer services to complain. The result was I was contacted by the area manager and Matalan are now removing vat from ALL their mastectomy bras, so we don’t have to jump through hoops to get it back. It is going to take a couple of weeks to implement and train their staff, but WELL DONE MATALAN for listening to customers and acting so promptly. Just think, if this happened through one person complaining to a major retailer. what could we achieve together!
