Jay today will be my day 7. My skin is looking a little pink but isn’t sore. My shoulder yesterday started feeling a little stiff so yep exercises are a must but I am only doing once a day.

My fingers are still swollen but haven’t got any worse. My lymphadema appointment is in a couple of weeks. 22nd

Jay. I’m just using E45 cream the actual cream in a tub not the lotion with pump. I do have some aloe Vera gel stuff that someone gave me but Havant used that yet.

Well done with the rads ladies I know the daily travel and shenanigans must be stressful and tiring. Not long now.
So my escape has moved to this afternoon as they plan to ambulance me to Coventry late tonight. Op on Monday. Just been a good girl and taken my nail polish off. All nails on my left hand are lifting from the tips. Really hope they grow out rather than dropping off.
Picc dressing might get changed today it’s still bloody and crunchy from when it was fitted on Monday ? they flush it before and after every antibiotic so that’s 14 times a day. They also changed the end port today.
Any picc advice ladies? Currently I have a second dressing on top which makes a pouch to poke the port into so it’s not flapping about.
I have ordered a shower sleeve but we cut the bottom off a sandwich bag and put my arm through and tape it top and bottom to keep it dry.
It really is amazing what you can get used to!!!
