Wanted to apologise to you (and anyone else online on Tuesday) if you thought I had just disappeared or ignoring you. I lost my internet connection and then couldn’t get back into the chatroom (cos it thought I was still there) - computers!

Hope you are ok - for the short time I was on-line, it seemed as if you were having some problems. Are all your boys now on holiday?

I talk on another forum and if you go there and sign up they have private messaging that I could get her address to you. The site is bca.ns.ca/forum. I am Gracie in PA on that site. Hi kay, was wondering what happened to u on tuesday, how r u? yes having a few problems at the moment as i found another lump in my neck, have appt with onc friday week as he is on holiday this week. All the boys are on summer holiday so at least i am being kept busy.

Hi Jameva Why are the oncs always away when you need them?!! Sorry to hear you have to wait for an appt. I always find the waiting difficult but keeping busy is usually the best way - I’m sure the boys will keep you occupied particularly given the weather. Do let me know how you get on. I’m ok though had a not so good reaction to the chemo last week. My blood count was down so had the Neulasta injection which combined with the Taxol and Avastin, gave me an awful headache and bone aches! But feeling better today and don’t have another treatment until next week, so might actually be able to enjoy myself for a while.

Hi Sam I did try restarting the computer and even then switched computers but whenever I tried to get back into the chatroom, it wouldn’t let me because it said someone (ie me) was still in the chatroom using that name!! So, it would be good to know how to get round the problem if it happens again - my laptop internet connection is often a little unpredictable! Ta

Hi kay, glad you are feeling better, hopefully you wont have such a bad reaction to the chemo next week! Will let u know what onc says when i finally get to see him, he only has a clinic on a friday.
