message for ssilver Do as I said in the other post, take the hot water bottle in with you and fill it there. Obviously ask first but my chemo nurses were impressed with how well it worked and said they would suggest it to others. But they are not allowed hot water bottles so you have to take your own.

Don’t forget paracetamol 1hr before too.
