I mean blue with the cold even if the room is quite warm and I have had gloves on. everyone jumps when I touch them and also my feet get sore they are so cold. I finished chemo 11 March and I am recovering quite well but for this issue.
I mentioned it to the hospital and will again but I won’t be there till 24th - might go and see the GP - in the meantime anyone any ideas ?

Mine were like that for quite a long time after Chemotherapy,-I had peripheral neuropathy, not dreadful, but enough to leave my hands and feet very cold and tingly for many months. From speaking to other women I found that wasn’t unusual, but GP might reassure you.
Hi Recs
Though I don’t seem to have as bad as you, I do have cold hands, they are cold now while typing. Also very sore joints. Have arthritis anyway but am not sure if chemo has exacerbated it as my hands can be cold and the joints hot! Bizarre. Also fingers either look like prunes or they are shiny and dry. Using loads of hand cream and dressing nails with almond oil (Body shop). Have got the white nails after FEC and Tax, but so far no nail loss. My last Tax was 15 Mar. Seems to be only real legacy now. Hair is growing apace - only thing is it is coming grey.
Take care love Pat
spoke to the GP and she tells me it’s the chemo and it will eventually work it’s way out of my system ! I wish the temperature would rise outside also !
Any tips welcome - I’ll just get down and pray for warm hands and feet - me and Eliza Doolittle !!!
