I have been on Tamoxifen for two months. My hair is thinning and my fingernails are beginning to lift away from the nail bed. Anyone experience a problem with their nails?
Hi, I am also on tamoxifen. I have been taking it for almost three years. I started to have a problem with my big toenails after a couple of months and was eventually referred to a podiatrist by my oncologist. The podiatrist said the lifting and painfull toenails was caused by the tamoxifen and she had seen a lot of people with the same problem. In the last couple of months my fingernails are also starting to be affecting. You are not alone with this problem.
