Neutropenia on ribociclib

Hello, I was diagnosed with secondary breast cancer in August last year after presenting with fluid on my lung. I’m 53 and had weekly paclitaxel then in December started Prostap anastrazole and ribociclib. Last week during my second cycle of ribociclib my neutrophils dropped and its currently been withheld.

I wondered if this had happened to anyone else and if they ended up having to drop the dose or whether it resolved entirely ( I’ve read somewhere it’s not cumulative and can resolve)

My white cell count also dropped. They lowered my AM dose and that level it off a bit. Still below normal, but acceptable. I feel extremely fatigued on this medication, similar to how I felt prior to my diagnosis. Have you had this experience? I have been on it for one yr now.
