New lump in other breast

Hi

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in March 2020 and at the time due to Covid my surgery was postponed and I was put on Letrozole.  I had my surgery on 9 June and got my results two weeks later which showed no spread to lymph nodes and tumour 3mm ductal carcinoma and the rest 12mm DCIS.  Oestrogen positive HER2 negative.  I am due to have oncologist appointment next Tuesday for planned radiotherapy.  On Saturday I had a shooting pain in the other breast and found a very small lump which is moving around.  I rang the breast clinic as I’m under them only to be told that I will need a new referral as it’s the other breast.  When they did the mammogram in March they did not find anything in the right breast.  I would just like to hear from anyone who has had a similar experience would appreciate it I now am convinced it’s cancer again and am so anxious and thought the nightmare had gone away…
