I had breast cancer in 2004 having lymph nodes removed in my left breast, radiotherapy for 5 weeks and Tamoxifen for 5 years.
I was recalled after my 3 yearly mammogram last week, my appointment is next Wednesday 25th March, I am feeling so stressed and ‘delicate’.
Hopefully it will be OK.

The initial waiting is horrid isn’t it. You don’t want to tell anyone as they will probably do the ‘it will be fine, don’t worry’ bit but we all know those platitudes don’t help us to not worry.
And having been there before you know the drill.
I had a recall on new years eve having been here, done this, got the scars &tattoos to prove it a long long time ago. That put a bit of a dampner on the night out!
Hold on tight to the rollercoaster, give yourself time and space to get to 25th and I wish you well for the outcome.
