New to Cancer & just had lumpectomy

Hi everyone,  completely new to this forum & decided to give it a go as I am struggling a bit pre op, I have read all the after pre operation information wrote on here & in leaflets & trying not to overthink this, I luckily have support of my parents thankfully & fully following the exercises.

I also have other ailments, recovering from a broken pelvis & a melanoma on my other arm, with all three happening in space of two months starting on August this year, sufficed to say, I’m trying to stay as positive as I can, whilst recovering from this lymphectomy (6 days since operation)  & pelvis, with another operation for my melanoma due in a few weeks. My pelvis is healing well & I’m due to start physio very soon, I am steadily weight bearing now, but just feel the cancer has knocked me back completely, I feel a bit lost, trying to pop things into boxes but yeah, I’m struggling a bit
