This new website is not “user friendly” or it could be that the old site was easier to use. Any way you look at it, it has put me off using and sending messages.

I can’t find anyone or anything. When I do a search it is a nightmare.

So just to let people know, I am not poorly but not able to use this site to send private messages etc.

I have also just noticed that my profile was not brought over from the old site and I will now have to complete a new profile.

Is there anywhere we could have access to the old site? I personally did not think the old site needed changing. It worked for everyone that was using it.

Question: why do we have “view basket”

Hi Marcie,

when the website was first changed I felt the same. However, if you stick with it and try different things out you’ll soon become more confident. I do like it now, even though I am still struggling with a few things.

If you go in to the ‘Welcome’ option (pink bar, top right) you can add your profile and see PM details, add a photo etc.

I didn’t think we had profiles on the old site? I lost mine on the previous incarnation of bcc.

We did have profiles on the old site, as I filled mine in and I do know how to fill in my profile here. MY point is the old site worked perfectly well and I had no complaints using it but now this site is harder to find things and use.
