newly diagnosed

newly diagnosed 2 weeks ago I learned I had breast ca, and when I got my scan results on Friday was told I have multiple tiny nodules in my lungs. So from gearing myself up to surgery, I was sent away with tamoxifen-my ca is grade 2 and oestrogen receptor positive. HER2 results not back yet.

I am trying to keep it together for my 3 year old, partner and the family, who are all wanting to descend on us, but it is really hard.

You all seem very positive, so do you have any advice for us over the next few weeks?
and have any of you experience of tamoxifen as a first line treatment?
