This may help some of you ladies who struggle through the night. This was a post started by the great Delly and helped me enormously. You can find the thread on the Living with and beyond breast cancer board, then go to Living with breast cancer.  I have bumped it up for the lovely Suzie.

Thank you for highlighting and FAB - have put a thread on the Recently Diagnosed bit with a link to Delly’s thread. Hope it helps some, as with you - wish I had known about it in the early days - not being able to get answers, advice, support -  when at one is most vulnerable - was a challenge. Having to wait until support is available can be so challenging.
