I had ILC & left mastecomy a while back (11/2022). Ive started having a burning sensation in right nipple that is intermittent. I cant tell if it is an irritation from something or not. I was wearing a sports bra that was a bit snug but im not anymore. The nipple burming persists several days. There isnt any sign of infection such as warmth or redness, no drainage. Just the burning sensation discomfort. Should i see my onclogist or breast surgeon about it?
