Nipple change after cyst removal

Hello. I have many cysts and have had several aspirated over the years. Three weeks ago I had a huge (45ml of fluid!) cyst drained from under my nipple. There was a large divot for a minute which then disappeared. However, that evening I noticed that my nipple looked different: the nipple was almost flat and the areola looked puffier on one side. I also have a number of lumps under the nipple which I assume are my usual cysts. Since the nipple change was immediately after the large cyst drainage, I’m wondering if that has caused it and whether the cyst could have damaged the nipple by pressing against it so hard. Has anyone experienced anything like this before or think my theory could be right? Thanks so much for any advice anyone might have.
