The last 3-4 weeks, maybe longer my nipples have become really itchy and flaky. Last night I noticed the brown mark on the outter part of the nipple spoke to gp got appointment for next week just wondered if anyone else has any info/ experience

It is understandable you are seeking more information about the changes to the skin on your nipples.
Breast changes can happen for many reasons. They may be due to hormonal changes as part of your monthly cycle (period) or due to benign conditions (not cancer). You’ll probably find your breasts change quite a bit throughout your life.
There are several things that can cause itchy and flaky skin on the nipples, and these usually relate to skin conditions like dermatitis or eczema. It is good that you have a GP appointment for the changes to be assessed next week. We cannot comment on photos sent to us.
