Hi all, I had my right nipple reconstructed 9 days ago now. The nurse from my local doctors surgery changed my dressing 3 days ago but has left the do nut sponge dressing on. I don’t think she was exactly sure what to do. Please can someone who has had this let me know how long there dressing stayed on. I have had some bleeding from the new nipple but apart from that no pain at all and I am very positive for a good result.

Ive replied once but dont know where its gone. I had nipple recon four weeks ago the dressings were taken off and left off ten days later, everything had healed, Its the best thing I have had done, it has made a huge difference, the actual operation was a walk in the park compared to the two others I had no pain what so ever, I will be having the tattooing done in august, then talking about a lift to the other side, xx
