Hi, my nipples have always inverted but switch between inverting and protruding regularly (this seems to just be normal). However, I’m concerned that the very ends have never really fully developed- as in they’re not completely rounded, but more bumpy and uneven. I also have a bit of a tiny red mark right on the right nipple that has been there for a while, but it doesn’t feel hard and isn’t itchy or anything. Quite recently (last few months, maybe a year) they have started inverting at different times as well, and appear a bit shiny and dark occasionally (not much of a change though). Just wanted to ask if this all sounds okay or if I should go and get this checked out.

I do not have experience of this but wanted to acknowledge your post. If you are concerned it might be worth making an apt with your GP just to get it checked out and see what they say for nothing else it will give you peace of mind.
