My post surgery pathology was worse than I was led to expect but that was mid March and I’m mostly ok with it now. I had a high residual disease burden and it had affected more lymph nodes than I’d been told (but I’d insisted on having them all removed and it was only the nearer ones not the further ones that were affected). I’m joining the trofuse 012 trial and either getting xeloda aka capecitabine plus more pembrolizumab or the new drug mk2870 potentially starting treatment on July 1st. Anyone else in a similar position of having tnbc and having to have more chemo post surgery?
