Hi everyone
I went to see the onc on Friday before my 5th Fec, to be told i do not need rads. I was dx with DCIS in late dec, only to have a tumour removed on 2nd Jan followed by a second in March & bi-lateral mastectomy. My onc told me that because my tumours were less than 5cm, i’d had a mastectomy, no lymph nodes involved & they weren’t invasive (can’t remember what she called it) no rads. Must admit i’m a bit sceptical, as this is the second primary in 8 yrs, last time lumpectomy, chemo, rads. I am also triple neg & i’ve got to go and see the family history team next week!!
Just wondered if any one else had been told no Rads!!
